PRODUCT USE
WeatherTite Flexible Crown is a proprietary blend of latex acrylics formulated to provide an elastomeric, resilient finish with superior weathering characteristics. Is a brushable elastomeric coating designed for use over mortar, stuccos, poured concrete, precast concrete, concrete block and exterior masonry.

APPLICATION
Substrates should be clean, dry and free of dust, dirt, oil or any other contaminants that might prevent proper bonding. Tape off edges to achieve best results.
To prevent moisture from being drawn out of WeatherTite Flexible Crown during the curing process, prime masonry surface prior to application. This can be done using WeatherTite Masonry Water Seal in a standard pump sprayer. A spray bottle and water can also be used to prime surface. Spray surface lightly, do not allow priming agent to puddle. Let dry 2-3 minutes then apply WeatherTite Flexible Crown.
Trowel Application: With a Trowel, begin applying WeatherTite Flexible Crown directly from the pail to the masonry surface. Apply a 1/16” thick coating to a small section at a time until complete coverage is achieved. WeatherTite Flexible Crown should be applied evenly while sustaining a wet edge.

CLEAN-UP
Thoroughly rinse application equipment with clean water.

Limitations
WeatherTite Flexible Crown must be applied to structurally sound, solid, clean and dry substrates. It is not designed to be applied to loose, crumbly, chalky, oil-coated, smooth plastic or flexible surfaces. Do not apply when freezing temperatures are expected within 12 hours. Material dilution shall not be required. If material must be diluted due to special circumstances, dilute sparingly with water (8 oz./5 gal.) maximum. Over- dilution may cause mud cracking.
Do not apply when raining or when rain is imminent or when ambient temperatures drop below 40’. Product will be tack free in 30-60 minutes and will completely cure in 2-4 hours. Allow 4 hours minimum drying time prior to rain. High humidity or cold temperatures may affect drying time. Allow new construction to cure at least 30 days prior to application.

WARRANTY
WeatherTite Flexible Crown is warranted for a period of twenty (20) years from the date of manufacture when installed in accordance with the application instructions provided by WeatherTite, Inc.
Exceptions- This warranty does not cover failures due to the following:
• Fire, flood, natural disaster or any act of God.
• Improper storage, handling or installation.
• Plumbing leaks, faulty construction or house settling that exceeds the materials elasticity.
The WeatherTite Commitment- If WeatherTite Flexible Crown is proved to have failed during the warranty period, WeatherTite, Inc. will replace the failed material FOB from it’s nearest distribution point.
WeatherTite, Inc. reserves the right to inspect the job site by an authorized representative prior to the settlement of any claims. Notification of claims must be made in writing to WeatherTite, Inc. upon discovery.
WeatherTite’s sole and complete responsibility for proven material failure is as set forth in this warranty. WeatherTite, Inc. will not be responsible for incidental, indirect or consequential damages including reinstallation labor. No other warranty is implied or expressed.
